What is a Chief AI Officer (CAIO)?+

What does a fractional CAIO do that a full-time hire does not?+

A fractional CAIO gives you senior-level ownership without a $300-500K/year commitment before the strategy is even proven. You get the same roadmap, the same production deployments, and the same board reporting, delivered in 10-20 hours per week. If the role scales to full-time, we help you hire your permanent CAIO and hand off.

How is this different from an AI consulting firm?+
